With music from Nonna Fab, Vinyle Richee & Endless City 

A series of oil paintings that capture and imagine space through the lens of fluorescent light. 

Light, particularly in its fluorescent and neon forms, has a huge influence in my work. 

The power of this light to transform spaces into luminous, dream-like worlds is something that I am constantly exploring.

These paintings are an extension of those dream spaces, a way of studying the effect of light and colour, but through the medium of paint.

This January, we’re teaming up with Lucky Saint for a special alcohol-free edition of our popular Beat the Brewer series.

David O’Donovan, Northern Rep for Lucky Saint, will be facing off against the Eat Your Greens Chess Club crew, with prizes for every winner.

As always, Eat Your Greens Chess Club is relaxed, welcoming, and open to all abilities. Come with friends or arrive solo and meet some new ones — everyone is welcome.

This month, our “Beat the Brewer” challenge takes a more sophisticated turn as we welcome Roman Gonitel, director of Portuguese Story Ltd and importer of some of Portugal’s finest wines, to take on the challenge!

Beat Roman and not only will you conquer the board, but you’ll also take home a bottle of Portugal’s finest.
