Masseria La Cattiva, Quasi Sempre Bianco. Puglia, Italy
100% Trebbiano. White grapes from “Le Grotte” vineyard, on rich, clayey soil, macerate 4 days on the skins, a process by which we help the fermentation start and give roundness to the wine. Hints of tropical fruit explode powerfully on the nose. On the sip, the wine proves to be warm and soft but is masterfully kept in balance by a good acid thrust that gives freshness to the drink.
