A dry white port from Niepoort, which sports plenty of nutty, almost amaretto flavours from it's time in small oak barrels. It has gorgeous caramel colour & some right fruit to balance the oak.

Le Paradou is a fresh, easy-drinking white wine from southern France, made by the Chaudière family with a focus on purity and vibrant fruit. Picked early and fermented in stainless steel to keep its crisp freshness, it offers bright citrus flavours and a clean, refreshing finish that's perfect for any occasion.

A classic Mosel Riesling, showing bright acidity with green apple, lime zest, mineral salinity and a hint of kerosene. Clean, zesty and easy-drinking.

An aromatic Alsatian field blend, traditionally featuring Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Sylvaner. Bone-dry, light-to-medium-bodied still orange wine with roughly 7 to 25 days of skin contact. Intense aromas of mandarin orange peel, dried apricot, ginger, and white peach, balanced by a distinct saline minerality and fine, tea-like tannins.

Gruner Veltliner. The grapes are lightly macerated for a couple of weeks to create this delicate yet generous orange wine. Notes of tea leaves, sweet spices, and lime combine to make this a serious yet very moreish wine. A long standing staff favourite.

Tempranillo & Grenache. Medium to light bodied, great aromatic, black fruits and spice, very fresh. A wine made in concrete, and hence complex not due to oak aging or other vessels that impart flavour, but purely based on the quality of the raw material. An orange wine–inspired cider, skin-contact style made exclusively from Dabinett apples grown in Burrell's Meadow Orchard. A blend of Herefordshire grown perry pear varieties conditioned in the bottle in a pet nat style. Nice pet natty pop on opening. Fresh citrus, pine and lime on the nose and a full and chewy mouthfeel with more lime and sherbet. Wonderful as a celebratory drink on its own whilst having the ability to go along with classic perry. 5.2%

This perry blends 2021 and 2022 vintages. The 2021 perry matured in stainless steel for a year before being combined with the spontaneously keeved 2022 vintage, preserving a zingy, fruity sweetness.
