Celler Frisach Lo Pateret Brisat Blanc 2024. Terra Alta, Spain. (Orange)
100% Garnatxa Blanca. Few hours of skin maceration, the style changes slightly each vintage. The idea is not to make the wine tannic at all - it just gives a little pithy mouthfeel. Bright, clean and dry. Harvested twice, once for phenolics and again for acidity and fruit flavour. The wine sees no oak, being raised in concrete tanks, and no fining or filtering.
