Adam is a renowned author in the cider and perry world whose most recent book, Perry: A Drinker's Guide, won many awards. He is a certified Pommelier and will be giving us a wonderful insight into the world of perry, cider making, judging global competitions, and the general cider scene!
On top of his talk, Adam will be bringing copies of his book along to the event! These will be available for purchase if you'd like to learn and venture more into the world of Perry!
Adam will be hosting a tasting of 5 perries from some of the best producers the UK has to offer.
A selection of the Perries from the tasting will also be available by the glass on the night.
