DEYA Mixed Ferm Tap Takeover & Meet The Brewers
Not much intro needed here but when it comes to hazy, hoppy pales Cheltenham based DEYA Brewing have been leading the way since 2016 and have, rightly so, become one of the most popular breweries in the UK.
DEYA’s mixed fermentation brews are also up there with the best of them, so popular now that they’ve opened a tap room that focusses specifically on all things wild and funky.
For those of you who don’t fancy the trek all the way to Cheltenham we have a very special Friday treat… A DEYA tap takeover with not one, not even just two but THREE mixed ferms on tap alongside some classic hazy pales and their flagship lager.
It’s also a chance to meet the brewers and DEYA team as they make the trek to Leeds for the weekend and will be hanging out to share stories and brews for the night.

Soul Searching 3.8% - This pale ale is brewed with a small amount of vienna malt and chit malt for subtle sweetness and a fluffy body. It is dry hopped with Azacca, Idaho-7 and Strata for a balance of sweet citrus and ripe tropical fruit and presented to you at a gentle ABV.
Brett Pils 4.8% - Brett Pils is our house Pilsner conditioned for 3 months in 500 litre oak barrels with Brettanomyces. Funky, clean and effervescent with lemon, hay and elderflower coming to the fore – Brett Pils is a deliciously simple yet complex thirst quencher.
Picnic Beer Apple 5.8% - Bright, tangy sherbert with waves of floral freshness on the nose. A suggestion of sweetness leads into a rounded mid palate which shows lots of ripe green apple.
