Cider Tasting with Oliver’s Cider

Herefordshire based Oliver’s Cider make what we would refer to as minimal intervention ciders and perries. Similar to the way ‘natural wine’ is made very little is added and very little taken away, just great organic fruit milled, pressed and then exposed the the wild and hungry yeasts to do the work of fermenting that tasty juice into beautiful booze.

Founder, blender & bottler Tom Oliver will be joining us for an evening of cider, food & music.

Kicking off with a table top tasting & meet the maker from 4pm - 7pm. Drop in anytime and try a selection of his wonderful ciders and hear Tom talk all things apples & pears. A kind of try before you buy for any apple inspired Christmas gifts.

If you come for dinner on the night we’ll have flights of the selected ciders available and Tom will be on hand to help you pair those ciders and perries with your selected dishes! Some say cider is better with food than wine, but you can be the judge!

And the finish off Tom will be hoping on the decks to play a selection of pop, rock, reggae & punk alongside Super Duper Archive!
